For more than a decade at T-Mobile, I led the creative development of executive communications, keynotes, and company-wide All-Employee Meetings reaching an internal audience of 80,000+ employees.Working closely with senior leadership, communications teams, writers, producers, and event partners, I translated complex business strategy, financial results, and organizational priorities into clear, engaging visual narratives.The work went beyond individual presentations. Each quarter provided an opportunity to evolve the visual language, build reusable systems, and explore new ways to make large-scale communications more immersive and memorable.

In Q4, we moved beyond the traditional slide as a flat canvas and began exploring depth, dimension, and 3D space. Content became an object within the environment rather than simply something placed on a page—creating a more immersive visual experience.

The visual language continued to evolve across subsequent keynotes, introducing rounded forms, light, depth, and shadow while establishing a flexible system that could be adapted across different stories, speakers, and communications.

We continued pushing the system into three-dimensional space, using perspective, reflections, and layered compositions to create greater depth and visual hierarchy while keeping complex information clear and accessible.
